    Update v2.18.5

    • Shiny Pokémon now sparkle via resource-pack animation + pokeb:shiny_sparkle particles (driven by pokeb:shiny), including 2D substitute entities.
    • Added Spawn Rate Booster item names and icons (15 minutes / 30 minutes / 1 hour).
    • Fixed PC locked hover text showing a blank/raw key (forms.pc.hover.locked).
    • Restored vanilla glowstone dust texture (removed incorrect crystal override).
    • Added missing strings across all seven locales: tutorial Marla battle gate, arena block-protection error, and /spawnrate settings labels.
