Reviewed at 780de913. One-line data change, looks right.

cosmeticFormes: ["Leafeon-Halloween"] matches the sibling Eeveelution entries (Vaporeon/Jolteon/Flareon/Espeon/Umbreon/Sylveon) in naming, tab indentation and placement after eggGroups, so it should pass tools/check-pokedex-format.mjs.
No other files need touching; past single-skin fixes (e.g. 5e53c184 Zorua-Halloween) were pokedex-only too.
Nit: PR body is empty. Worth a line linking the res/beh/data twin branches (hotfix/add-missing-halloween-skin) so they ship together.

Node.js CI build was still pending when I looked, so not calling this merge-ready yet.

Matches the other Halloween cosmetic formes exactly. Glaceon is now the only Eeveelution without a Halloween forme here; fine if that's intentional, just flagging in case it's also "missing".
