Summary

The docs still describe the wiki-search workflow as producing/uploading only build/search-index.json and build/search-indices.json, but the actual workflow artifact also includes the generated frontend content manifests under build/content/<locale>/.

Evidence

Workflow upload paths currently include:
- build/search-index.json
- build/search-indices.json
- build/content/en/pokemon-manifest.json
- build/content/en/moves-manifest.json
- build/content/en/move-learners-manifest.json
- build/content/es/pokemon-manifest.json
- build/content/es/moves-manifest.json

Current docs still under-describe that output in at least:
- DOCUMENTATION.md

Impact

Contributors reading the docs can miss that the workflow artifact is also the handoff for frontend navigation manifests, not just search payloads. That makes debugging generated-output drift harder.

Acceptance Criteria

Documentation states that wiki-search uploads both search payloads and generated frontend content manifests.
English + Spanish search-indexing references stay aligned.
Validation passes after the docs update.
