Summary

docs/en/handbook/versioning.md and docs/es/handbook/versioning.md still tell contributors to copy docs into versions/vX.Y/ for major releases, but this repo has no versions/ tree and the rest of the repo/docs now describe release snapshots via git tags/workflow artifacts instead.

Update both handbook versioning pages to describe the actual snapshot model used by this repo.
Replace versions/vX.Y/ guidance with tag/release-based snapshot guidance.
Keep changelog/search-index guidance aligned with the live main workflow.

Obsolete. 1af59d9 (Replace author handbook with the player wiki) removed docs/en/handbook/versioning.md and docs/es/handbook/versioning.md. Current main (f005e79) has no versions/ tree and no versions/vX.Y guidance in tracked docs.
